Collection, transport, storage and delivery including scheduling – even for heavy hardware such as large copiers, plotters or server cabinets.
Data erasure & audit
Manufacturer erasure tools, configuration resets, hard drive erasure to DoD and BSI standards. Plus audit reports with serial numbers and meter readings.
From your site back to the market
Five stages every device passes through with us. Each step is documented, so you can show at any point in the project where each device is.

Collection
Scheduling, packing and removal – including several sites at once and bulky hardware.

Audit
Manufacturer, model, serial number, meter reading, toner level and condition are recorded and signed off.

Data erasure
Memory and hard drives are erased, settings reset, and the process is logged.

Refurbishment
Disassembly, cleaning, servicing, replacing wear parts, removing old labels, technical sign-off.

Remarketing
Sales through our reseller network and our own online shops. Devices that can no longer be used are harvested for spare parts.
You decide how you are paid: purchase based on an inventory list, valuation based on the audit report, or profit sharing.

Why we have been doing this since 2008
Devices that work with paper are often replaced long before they reach the end of their life. Printers, copiers, scanners, plotters, label printers – technically usually in perfect order, but out of contract.
We extend the service life of this hardware. That saves our partners investment and saves the environment resources. The WEEE Directive, the German Circular Economy Act and the EU's circular economy approach all point in the same direction: reuse comes before recycling.
Only when a device really can no longer be used sensibly is it harvested for spare parts. Whatever remains goes to an external dismantling company for raw material recycling.
