Since 2008, Büroservice Hübner GmbH has stood for environmentally friendly IT remarketing of printers, copiers, multifunction devices, scanners, plotters and label printers.
We work across Europe with a focus on Germany and its neighbouring countries, helping resellers, IT systems houses and project partners bring used devices reliably back to market.
To do so, we permanently keep several thousand devices from all major manufacturers in stock – for short-notice needs as well as project-sized quantities.

Why this matters
Reuse comes before recycling. That principle is set out in the WEEE Directive and the German Circular Economy Act, and it is how we work: a device that still runs belongs back in service, not in the shredder.
The volume of electronic waste is rising across the EU. The WEEE Directive sets the framework for reducing risks to the environment and health and for strengthening collection and recovery.
At the same time, the European Commission's circular economy approach aims to keep resources in the economy for longer. Repair, reuse and longer product lifetimes are clear political priorities.
This is exactly where professional remarketing becomes practical – between short IT life cycles on the one hand and conserving resources on the other: devices are not replaced prematurely but continue to be used economically.
For our partners, that means lower investment, realised residual values and a much smaller environmental footprint per workstation.
