Used devices and spare parts for resellers
We supply reseller partners across Europe with used devices in different quality grades: ex-demo, refurbished, tested, or untested stock for your own refurbishment.
We keep matching spare parts in stock. On request, we supply swap devices or handle short-notice customer orders directly.
Resellers get real-time access to our stock, via an interface if required, and insight into project status – from goods receipt and inspection through to data erasure.

Roll-back, roll-out and logistics
We take care of the operational side of your equipment replacement – from a single site to an entire fleet.
Roll-back
Collecting used hardware on site, logging defects, recording quantities and serial numbers, signing off and transporting everything to our warehouse.
Logistics
Planning, scheduling and removal, even for bulky hardware such as large copiers, plotters or server cabinets. Storage in our logistics centres.
How the devices reach us
There are three delivery options. Which one suits you depends on how much effort you want to commit in-house.
You deliver
Delivery to our central warehouse by your company or your service provider. Please request our packing guidelines beforehand.
We collect
Collection of the palletised goods from your site. The packing guidelines apply here too, so the devices survive transport undamaged.
We pack on site
Our staff prepare the goods for shipping at your premises, pack them and take them away. All you provide is access to the devices.

Printing and copying systems store data. Jobs, address books, network credentials and configurations remain on the device unless someone removes them. With copiers and multifunction devices in particular, this takes considerable effort – and the device expertise required is rarely available within in-house IT.
Erase
Memory and hard drives
We use the manufacturers' erasure tools, reset settings and erase hard drives to DoD and BSI standards. The process is documented.
Record
Audit with condition data
Manufacturer and model, serial number, meter reading, toner level and condition of each device are recorded – traceable across all process steps.
Settle
Payment models
Purchase based on an inventory list, valuation based on the audit report, or profit sharing on the subsequent resale. You choose the model. Because we sell directly to resellers and end customers, we can usually pay high residual values.
Payment models, delivery options and data erasure are summarised in an information sheet – ready to pass on to procurement, IT or management. The sheet is currently available in German only.
